Klaus Stoltenberg
Klaus Stoltenberg (born October 7, 1939 ) is a German lawyer .
He was ministerial director in the Federal Ministry of Justice and the German government's representative for human rights. In 1992 he submitted a comment on the Stasi Records Act .
