The Klinika Katschkowskyj ( Ukrainian Клініка Качковського ), also Klinika Makowskyj (Ukrainian Клініка Маковського ), is a listed building in the Ukrainian capital Kiev .

history

The 1907 to 1908 on the Oles-Hont crowd Street ( Вулиця Олеся Гончара ) number 33 in Stadtrajon Shevchenko by architect Ignazij Kasymyrowytsch Leduchowskym ( Іґнаці Казимирович Ледуховським ) built Art Nouveau -building was as a residence with attached private surgical clinic for the surgeon Petr Erasmowytsch Katschkowskyj ( Петр Еразмович Качковський 1863–1909).

As Katschkowskyj 1909 died at 45, his friend and also medical Ihnatij Stanislawowytsch Makowskyj (took Ігнатій Станіславович Маковський ) the clinic, the downed after an assassination attempt in the Sept. 14, 1911 Russian Prime Minister Pyotr Stolypin was admitted, where he on the 18th September 1911 died. The building has had the status of an architectural monument since 1979.
