Knut Kongsgård is a former Norwegian ski jumper .

Knut Kongsgård, son of the previously active ski jumper Arnholdt Kongsgård , won the European Junior Championship in 1968. He then started at the Four Hills Tournament 1968/69 and the Four Hills Tournament 1972/73 . Already in the first competition in Oberstdorf on December 29, 1968, he achieved his best individual result on the tour with 26th place. In the end, he finished in 44th place in the tour's overall ranking. At the ski flying world championship in 1972 , he flew to 29th place.
