The coalition agreement of the black and yellow state governments in Baden-Württemberg from 2006 to 2011 was negotiated between the coalition partners CDU and FDP after the state elections in Baden-Württemberg in 2006 . The contract was the basis for government work in the Oettinger II cabinet and in the Mappus cabinet . On a total of 80 pages, the goals of the Christian-liberal coalition were formulated in a preamble and seven large chapters. One of the best-known projects of the coalition agreement was the introduction of tuition fees for the 2007 summer semester.
