Kolomotu'a is one of seven districts of Tongatapu - atoll in the Kingdom of Tonga in the Pacific .
geography
The district includes the central part of the atoll with the western part of the capital Nukuʻalofa . The district is bordered to the west by the district Nukunuku and south to the district Vaini . The capital district of Kolofo'ou connects to the east .

Several quarters of the capital belong to the district.
