The local elections in Saarland on December 4, 1960 were repeat elections . They became necessary after the local elections in Saarland on May 15, 1960, were declared invalid by the Federal Constitutional Court .

Due to the now possible candidacy of groups of voters, they received 9.2% of the votes at the community level. The other parties lost accordingly, but the losses were distributed among the parties so that there was no explicit loser in the election.
