Complex acceptance point in the German Democratic Republic (GDR) was the name for a shop in which repairs of household appliances could be commissioned. Small appliances could be handed in directly. You could also hand in clothes for dry cleaning or bring shoes for repairs. You were given a collection slip and the expected processing time was communicated.

Even old materials that are to be given for recycling could be delivered in normal household quantities. These were then received against cash payment and forwarded to VEB SERO .

These shops were operated by the respective service combines of the district, the city or the district.

In new development areas, complex acceptance points were often combined as part of a supply center together with a grocery store from HO or Konsum , a hairdresser, a savings bank branch , a restaurant and a post office branch.
