Kongsdal

Kongsdal (German Königdtal) is an old manor in the western part of the Danish island of Zealand ( Danish Sjælland ). The first time in 1180 mentioned property is located approximately 14 km southwest of Holbæk in parish Undløse Sogn the municipality Holbæk . The estate, called Tygestrup since around 1280 , was given in 1669 when it came into the possession of King Friedrich III. passed over, the name Kongsdal . Under monument protection is the 1598 by Peder Reedtz built the main building.

The owners of Kongsdal were responsible for church patronage for the Undløse Church, about five kilometers away, from 1687 until the property was privatized in July 1910.
