Konrad Seusenhofer (* around 1450-1460; † August 30, 1517 in Innsbruck , Tyrol ) was the most important armorer of the early Renaissance in Central Europe.
He was the brother of Hans Seusenhofer . He immigrated to Innsbruck with his brother Hans around 1490 ; around 1504 he was appointed Hofplattner.
Seusenhofer built the Hofplattnerei (today's country house) in 1505/06.
Seusenhofer led the legacy of Treitz at the Innsbruck court further improved the harness shape (with the participation of Emperor Maximilian I ) and the tab Harnisch, the first presented trooper armor ago and took over first the motif of "skinning" costume in the iron dress.
