Konrad Unger (SS member)

Konrad Unger (born July 5, 1899 , † after 1945) was a German SS leader.

Unger was a businessman in Hanover . He joined the NSDAP ( membership number 70.638) and the SS (SS number 1.292) early on . In 1930 he became a storm leader and the following year Sturmbannführer. In 1933 he was appointed Obersturmbannführer and in the same year as SS-Standartenführer . On September 9, 1934, he was promoted to SS-Oberführer .

From August 1, 1935 until the end of the war, he was deployed as a commander in SS Section XXIV in the Neustadt, Kattowitz and Oppeln area.
