Constant (student union)
A constant (especially in Austria also a dormitory or Bude for short ) is a public or rented assembly room in which members of a student association that does not have its own corporation house meet . The constant can be both an apartment and a restaurant . It serves as a space for convents and pubs as well as for drumming when there are striking connections .
