Konstantinos Triantafyllopoulos began his career in 2007 in the youth department of Panathinaikos Athens . After five years, he received his first professional contract of his career in the summer of 2012 and was promoted to the Panathinaikos men's team. After the departure of many established regular players, Triantafyllopoulos received a lot of match practice as a 20-year-old, prevailed as a regular player until the end of the 2013/14 season and extended his professional contract early by three years until 2016.

Since the 2013/14 season, Triantafyllopoulos has also increasingly been placed in the position of right full-back.
