The property is the right end of the group of three Konstantinerstraße / corner of Brüderstraße as a two-story plastered building with a basement . Organization of the building from two components interlocking at right angles, in the resulting angle a tower-like building with a helmet roof . The open entrance hall with a winter garden-like increase in the upper floor under a roof .
