Konstitucijos prospektas is an avenue (prospectus) in the Šnipiškės district of the Lithuanian capital Vilnius . The road starts at Saltoniškių žiedas ring and ends at Kalvarijų gatvė . Until 2002 it was part of the Ukmergės gatvė .

history

On the occasion of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the first Lithuanian constitution in 2002, it was decided to expand the road in this regard. In 2004 the prospectus became wider (expansion to up to 7 lanes); Some pedestrian zones (up to 20 meters wide) and an underground parking lot were built under the PC "Europa".
