Context-free help
The context-free Help provides information about a product regardless of the current context in which a user is currently located. It is usually an independent online help that is displayed in a viewer ( navigation , directories ). Online help, which is offered in a context-free manner, is suitable for overviews, introductory information and general work processes. It is usually opened via the Help menu in the user interface or via the file system .
