Header pendulum

A header pendulum is a training device used to improve header play in football .

It consists of a length-adjustable cord that is usually attached to a beam or swivel arm and at the lower end of which a ball is attached. The ball is hung above the head height of the person exercising, who can train coordination and jumping power on the freely swinging ball . It can also be used to relieve players of fear of the ball hitting them.
