Koray Şanlı (born December 26, 1989 in Mersin ) is a Turkish football player .
Career
society
Koray Şanlı started with club football in the youth of İstanbulspor and then went through the youth teams of several Istanbul clubs, including Beşiktaş Istanbul . In spring 2007 he received a professional contract with Beşiktaş, but subsequently continued to play almost exclusively for the reserve team. Only in one league match did he make his debut for the professional team.
In the summer of 2008 he was loaned to third division Akçaabat Sebatspor for one season and played here continuously for one season.
He then moved to the second division Adanaspor for the 2009/10 season . In his first season he came as a supplementary player to regular appearances and missed promotion to the Süper Lig with his team only in the relegation of the TFF 1st Lig . While he was regularly used as a substitute in the 2010/11 season, he conquered a regular place again the next season. In the season 2011/12 he made it with his club to the playoff final of the TFF 1. Lig. In the final they lost to Kasımpaşa Istanbul 2: 3 in extra time and thus missed promotion to the Süper Lig only in the last encounter.
For the 2013/14 season, Şanlı moved to Yeni Malatyaspor . With this club he reached the championship and thus promotion to the TFF 1st Lig on the 34th matchday of the 2014/15 season, the last matchday of the season .
In January 2016 he moved to Gümüşhanespor .

Koray Şanlı went through the Turkish U-18 and U-19 youth national teams.
