Koschitzki & Ritter is a classical chamber music ensemble with two recorders and basso continuo , which mainly plays baroque music .

history

The ensemble was founded in 2006 by the two flautists Andrea Ritter and Daniel Koschitzki , who had known each other since they studied recorder together in Karlsruhe and had already played together in the Amsterdam Loeki Stardust Quartet . In 2007 the two founded the "classic band" Spark .

The baroque ensemble also includes the harpsichordist Ricardo Magnus from Argentina and the viol player Michael Spengler . For the Concerti di Flauti project , the ensemble will be expanded to include flautists Dorothee Oberlinger and Maurice Steger .
