Koxbox is a Danish music project from the Goa trance area from the very beginning.

Members are the two Danish producer Ian Ion and Frank E . In 1993, Koxbox released the first two singles on two different rather unknown record labels. The second single Acid Vol.3 & Pipfugl was supported by Sven Vath discovered and 10 "on the Frankfurt label Harthouse produced in a limited edition. Koxbox remained on the label Harthouse resident and also released three more singles and their first album Forever After . Due Due to the bad payment behavior of the label, the artists migrated from Harthouse and Koxbox released two more singles and a second album on the British trance label Blue Room Released .

In 1996 the two founded the Psychopod project , under which they produced an album and a single. The Koxbox project was rather quiet. It was not until 1999 that a third Koxbox album came out without any major notice, which differed significantly from the previous albums stylistically. The Psychopod project was renamed Saiko-Pod in 2001 and released four more singles and two albums in the Goa area. Until 2006 it was quiet about new releases, with the record companies re-marketing old titles and producing new singles with well-known material. In 2006 the fourth album U-Turn was released on the British label Twisted Records , one of the few Goa labels that has survived the bankruptcy wave of small record companies so far. The title Inside Every Man was produced as background music for the computer game Granturismo 4 .
