The Koynare Rocks (English; Bulgarian скали Койнаре skali Kojnare ) are a group of cliff rocks in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In the Hero Bay of Livingston Island they are 7.5 km northeast of Siddins Point , 5.3 km northwest of Bezmer Point and 1.4 km south of Miladinovi Islets .
Bulgarian scientists mapped it in 2009. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it that same year after the city of Kojnare in northwestern Bulgaria .
