The house at Kranichsteiner Straße 99 is a listed half-timbered house in the southern Hessian city of Darmstadt .
History and description
This type of farmhouse with a constructive half-timbered structure was built in the late 19th century. The small two-storey gable-permanent house has a steep broken cripple hipped in beaver tail coverage .
Monument protection
The building, which is dominant in terms of street space , and the Berntheiselschen Haus mark the kink of Kranichsteiner Strasse at this point. For architectural and city-historical reasons, the building is a listed building by the State of Hesse .
