Krause (born February 29, 1972 in Johannesburg ; real name Suzanne Clermonts ) is a Dutch singer and musician.

biography

In 2008 Krause won the " Lopend Vuur Pitch organized by the Platform Lopend Vuur of Sony BMG . Clermonts convinced the jury with the most promising marketing plan to promote their Krause project. This earned her a record deal with Sony BMG. Her single "Radio Edit", produced by the drum and bass trio Noisia , made her debut, and she describes her own style as Electro-Pop.

Krause writes and produces her own music on a PC and old analog synthesizers. In the Academy of Pop Culture in Leeuwarden she learned the basics of studio technology while studying music and she took a crash course to learn music programming.

Her debut album No Guts, No Glory was released on October 23, 2009.
