The St. Wendel roundabout and infrastructure operation is owned by the St. Wendel district . It was founded in 1996 - still under a different name - to take over the tasks of the district as a public transport authority . In 1999, the company also became a public railway infrastructure company (EIU) and was given its current name. He leased the Ostertalbahn from DB Netz .
