The Lammert + Reese GmbH & Co. KG operates a gravel quarry in Bodenwerder . The company previously known as Lammert and Dötzer was taken over by the WRM-Reese group in 2013. In March 2015, the company also took over the section from kilometer 32.520 (in Emmerthal) to kilometer 19.391 (Bodenwerder-Kemnade) of the Emmerthal – Vorwohle railway line , which it now operates as a public railway infrastructure company.
