The Draschwitz war memorial is a listed war memorial in the village of Draschwitz in the Elsteraue municipality in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the war memorial is listed as a monument under registration number 094 85716 .

The Draschwitz war memorial is located south of the town's church. It consists of several steles that are arranged in a semicircle. As the inscription on the memorial shows ( Our death-loyal sons from World War 1914–1918 ), the memorial was originally erected only for the victims of the First World War. Only later was it added two memorial plaques, each with its own inscription. These are, for us the victims of both World Wars to commemorate and to the victims of tyranny in memory .

It is one of three war memorials in the area.
