The Pechau war memorial is a listed war memorial in the Magdeburg district of Pechau in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments it is listed as a minor monument under registration number 094 18254 .

General

The Pechau war memorial is on Breite Strasse . It is a memorial to the fallen soldiers of the First World War and the Second World War in the form of a stele . It was originally built from field stones only for the fallen soldiers of the First World War and is decorated with an iron cross in the upper area. The plaque with the names of those killed in the First World War has been replaced by another inscription plaque.
