Crisis intervention advisor

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The crisis intervention advisor is training that is intended to enable preclinical crisis intervention after traumatizing events or to carry out psychosocial emergency care ( PSNV ).

In particular, this training is a prerequisite for independent participation in the Crisis Intervention Service (KID). The training is offered by various aid organizations ( Malteser Hilfsdienst , Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe , ASB , DRK ), whereby the terminology can differ in each case. The training is regulated differently from region to region. In Bavaria, crisis intervention training was standardized in 2004. The basis is a work by Andreas Müller-Cyran and Peter Zehentner , which was published in May 2000. At the BRK, the training comprises 80 teaching units. In order to obtain the certificate, proof of 30 working hours in the crisis intervention service as an intern is required.
