She achieved her first major sporting success with third place at the 2005 European Junior Championships in women's doubles with Belarusian Olga Konon . Two years later, the pairing won the gold medal at the European Junior Championships. Due to her Slovak roots, she started at the Slovak championships until the middle of the new millennium and won three titles there. 2008 saw the first title in the Czech Republic for Ludíková. She won both the singles and doubles competition with Hana Procházková . The points she collected in the World Cup circuit were enough to qualify for the 2008 Olympics, where she was eliminated in the round of 32 after winning the opening match against Tracey Hallam . In 2012 she was again Czech champion in women's singles.
