Kristian Leontiou

Kristian Leontiou (born February 1982 in London ) is a British singer of Cypriot descent.

life and career

Leontiou has had dyslexia since childhood . He wrote his first song at the age of 10. At the age of 16, he dropped out of school and joined his older sister Alexia, who played in a band. He earned his living as a hairdresser.

While presenting his demo recordings to an agent, he happened upon Mike Sault , the creative director of Warner Chapell . This recognized the outstanding voice of Leontious and signed him.

In May 2004 the debut single Story Of My Life was released , which immediately reached number 9 in the British charts. The debut album, Some Day Soon , released a week later, sold more than 100,000 copies within three months and was awarded gold .
