Kristina Andersson (born May 20, 1965 in Frösön ) is a former Swedish ski racer . She was one of the best slalom and giant slalom runners in the world from the late 1980s to the mid 1990s .

On December 21, 1986 she reached 7th place in the slalom of Val Zoldana for the first time World Cup points and at the same time for the first time the top ten. On January 7th, 1996 Andersson celebrated her only World Cup victory in the 64th start in Maribor, Slovenia . At the Alpine World Ski Championships in Morioka in 1993 , she narrowly missed the medals in slalom and finished fourth. After the 1998 Winter Olympics , Andersson ended her career on March 1, 1998 with the night slalom in Saalbach-Hinterglemm (21st place). In total, she achieved 37 World Cup placements in the top ten in the slalom, six in the giant slalom (twice 5th place was the best result), and a total of 76 World Cup starts are archived.
