The Kronen Pharmacy (also: Kronenapotheke ) in Glücksburg (Baltic Sea) , at Rathausstrasse 10, is one of the oldest buildings in the town and one of its cultural monuments .

The core of the building may date from the 17th century. The brick building in its current form is dated to the 18th century. The building is said to have initially served as a Hardesvogtei . In 1877 the Kronen-Apotheke was finally set up in the building as a branch of the Flensburg Rats-Apotheke . The pharmacy building was placed under monument protection in 1993 for historical, artistic and urban planning reasons . The historical furnishings were also placed under monument protection. In 2014, pharmacy operations in the building were discontinued due to changes in ownership and significant building defects. The Naturschutzbund Deutschland had inherited the building. The pharmacy offer was initially continued by the Apotheke am Meer, in Sandwigstrasse 1 a. But this also closed soon afterwards. The Naturschutzbund sold the building to Wolfgang Matthiessen, the owner of the nearby Edeka supermarket on Schinderdam. Since 2016 there is an orthodontic practice and an apartment in the building .
