The Ksamil Islands ( Albanian  Ishujt e Ksamilit or Ishujt e Tetranisit ) are four small, on the southern coast of Albania to the seaside resort Ksamil  offshore islets . The two outer islands are connected to each other by a narrow strip of sand, which is why the literature sometimes only counts three islands. The islands are located in the Bay of Ksamil in the Strait of Corfu .

The islands together have an area of around nine hectares. They are seven and a half to 15 meters high. No names have survived for the individual islands. The four islands together form a rectangle, with the two western islands about 250 meters away from the two eastern ones. The latter are located directly on the coast and are only around 60 or 100 meters from the shore. The two western islands are a little more than 350 and 500 meters respectively from the shore. The two more distant islands are connected by a narrow strip of sand when the tide is low. The northeast island is by far the largest. It is around 280 meters long and up to 160 meters wide. The southeast island is the smallest and is around 100 meters long and 65 meters wide. The two western islands are more elongated, around 150 and 200 meters long, respectively, but only around 75 meters wide.

The Ksamil Islands, or at least two of the islands, are a National Natural Monument . The reserve covers 15 hectares, of which ten hectares are water. The rocky islands are covered with typical Mediterranean vegetation, consisting of holm oak (Quercus ilex) , black alder (Alnus glutinosa) , elm (Ulmus campestris) , laurel (Laurus nobilis) and myrtle (Myrtus communis) . The seaweed Halophila stipulacea and the pen shell (Pinna nobilis) are found in the sea .

The islands are not developed and can only be reached by boat. However, in recent years small beach bars have emerged that were later blown up again. The protected area is threatened by tourism, illegal building has led to erosion and a fire has destroyed part of an island. With the support of the European Union , a local nature conservation organization worked on the greening and rehabilitation of the islands in winter 2016/17 .

The beaches of Ksamil with the islands in front of the bay and the crystal clear, turquoise water are among the largest tourist attractions in the region.
