Kuldeep Goyal
Kuldeep Goyal (* around 1950) has been Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited since August 2007 .
He studied at the Indian Institute of Technology in Rurki . In 1972 he started at the state-owned Indian Telecommunication Service, initially in the cellular service of MTNL . He later became Executive Director of MTNL.
From 1984 to 1986 he served as Project Director in Yemen . He is a member of the National Working Growth of ITU-T Study Group 2.
