Kunio Nagayama ( Japanese 永 山 邦夫 , Nagayama Kunio ; born September 16, 1970 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Nagayama learned to play soccer on the youth team at Nissan Motors . It was there that he signed his first contract in 1898. The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . With the club he became Japanese champions in 1989/90 . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, Nissan Motors became Yokohama Marinos (today: Yokohama F. Marinos). With the club he became Japanese champions in 1995 and 2003. For the club, he completed 196 first division games. At the end of 2003 he ended his career as a soccer player.
