The Free Academy Art + Construction e. V. (also Kunst + Bau eG) was founded in 2001 and is based in the former home and studio of the sculptor Edmund Moeller in Dresden , Gostritzer Str. 10. This is also where the archive for building-related art and a sculpture park are located in the garden .
