Curate Beneficiary

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kuratbenefizium refers to the connection of the old canonical title curate the ceded in the Middle Ages to hereditary use country or Office ( fief ) and with sinecures affiliated church office or income from it. In canon law, it now only represents a form of benefit as a property structure. In addition to this, a benefit without "cura" (= without care / pastoral care) is understood with an incurate . The beneficiary was not entrusted with the regular exercise of pastoral care for a specific district within the parish , but rather the pastoral care was basically the responsibility of the pastor .
