Kut (unit)
Kut or Mattensak was a Russian measure of volume and grain .
In general, it was a measure of weight, but it was a measure of volume depending on the type of grain.
- Weight 1 kut / mat sack = 10 Tschetweriks = 9 puds of rye flour = 147.42 kilograms (1 pud assumed to be 16.38 kg)
- Volume 1 Kut / Mattensak = 10 Tschetweriks = 262.38 liters (also 12,260 Parisian cubic inches or 243 liters)
