The Kvinesheitunnel on the Sørlandsbane is located west of Snartemo in Hægebostad in Norway and is 9,065 meters long. From 1944 to 1973 it was the longest railway tunnel in Norway.

The straight stretch inside the tunnel is 9,020 meters. This is the longest stretch in Norway in this regard. It is five meters longer than the straight stretch in the 14,580-kilometer Romeriksporten at the cloakroom .

Two accumulator narrow-gauge locomotives of the NSB Ska 207 series were built for the construction of the tunnel . During construction, a narrow-gauge track was installed in the tunnel between the standard gauge track. In the area of the work site there were sidings in order to be able to provide another empty set of waste due to the long travel times before departure of the full set.
