Kwaluseni is a place in Swaziland . It is located in the Manzini region and has around 3395 inhabitants. The place is 723 meters above sea level in the Middleveld between Mbabane in the northwest and Manzini , only a few kilometers west of Manzini. South of Kwaluseni, the Lusushwana , a tributary of the Lusutfu, flows from west to east . Kwaluseni belongs to the Inkhundla of the same name .

Kwaluseni is the headquarters of the University of Eswatini, founded in 1982 and renamed in 2018 .

The place is on the MR3 highway that connects Mbabane with Manzini. The MR103 branches off in Kwaluseni. It runs parallel to MR3 and unites with it in the further course. The Matsapha industrial park and Matsapha Airport are located a few kilometers southwest of Kwaluseni.
