Kyle Sinckler (born March 30, 1993 in Wandsworth ) is an English rugby union player . He plays as a pillar for the England national team , the British and Irish Lions and the Harlequins .

childhood and education

Sinckler played for the Battersea Ironsides RFC in his youth, where he was discovered by the Harlequins and selected for the academy.

Career

society

Sinckler played his first game in the English Premiership for the Harlequins in the 2011/12 season , for which he is still active today.

National team

Sinckler made his debut for England in November 2016 against South Africa and has been part of the English squad since then. In 2017 he was inducted into the ranks of the British and Irish Lions and played as a bench player in all three games of the Test series against New Zealand . He was also nominated for the 2019 World Cup .
