Kyriazi ( Kyriazi Frères ) was a Greek-Egyptian tobacco and cigarette manufacturer .

Ioannis Kyriazis with his brothers Efstathios and Epaminondas founded the company in 1873, the other brothers George and Dimitris were also employed in the company. His parents immigrated from Greece. Neoklis Kyriazis, the son of George Kyriazis, later became a doctor and studied the consequences of tobacco consumption.

Around 1901 the company exported over 103 million cigarettes a year. Ioannis' sons (Damianos and Konstantinos Kyriazis) opened factories in Amsterdam (1922) and Hamburg (1925). It had its own sales company in London .

The brands Aris, Astra, Conqueror Extra, Egyptica, Emir, Ferik, Finas, Ideal, Imperatore, Neptune, Special and Zenith were produced. The target group in Europe was a younger audience who became familiar with exotic products from established brands such as B. Jasmatzi (with brands like "August der Starke") wanted to sell.

Kyriazi had a market share of 1.2% in West Germany in 1960, the share of which went to British American Tobacco . Until 2010 there was a Kyriazi Freres GmbH in Hamburg (raw tobacco import). In September 2010 it was merged with the Batberg Cigarettenfabrik Gesellschaft (Bayreuth) and the entry in the commercial register was deleted.
