László Ranódy
László Ranódy (born December 17, 1919 in Sombor , † October 14, 1983 in Budapest ) was a Hungarian film director .
Life
László Ranódy studied at the Budapest Academy of Dramatic Art and became artistic director of the Hungarian film studios after the Second World War . For the first Hungarian color film, Lúdas Matyi , directed by Kálmán Nádasdy, Ranódy was involved as a consultant before he made his first own film in 1950. The state film authorities prevented the distribution of some of his films.
