Líber Troitiño was a Uruguayan politician and lawyer .

Troitiño was the son of Adrián Troitiños , the founder of the Union of Newspaper Sellers in Uruguay. He belonged to the Partido Socialista del Uruguay and sat as a member of parliament for the Montevideo Department in the legislative periods 31 to 33 from February 15, 1932 to March 31, 1933 and from June 7, 1934 to February 21, 1942 in the Cámara de Representantes .
