Lídice de Capira is a place in the Central American Republic of Panama about 30 km west of Panama City in the Panamá Oeste province .

Lídice has about 4500 inhabitants and a municipality area of ​​44.4 km². The municipality includes Caimitillo, Majara, Felipina el Murciélago, el Coco, las Tablitas, el Bongo, San Isidro, San Jose, Pueblo Nuevo, Pedregal, Barraza, la Pela Diente, los Duendes, el Creo, Don Bosco y La 31 de octubre.

The place was named in memory of the Czechoslovakian Lidice after the German Nazi regime tried in 1942 to wipe out the Bohemian place as revenge for the assassination attempt on the top SS officer R. Heydrich in the occupied country .
