Lúcio Yanel
Lúcio Yanel (born May 2, 1946 in Corrientes ) is an Argentine guitarist , composer and actor who lives in Brazil .
Life
Lúcio Yanel moved to Rio Grande do Sul in 1982 and has since worked mainly in Brazil as a musician. Various musical styles from southern Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay merge in his compositions . He has been the composer and interpreter of the music for the films Neto perde sua alma and Lua de outubro . As an actor, he played the role of Capitão Castelhano in the series O tempo eo vento by Érico Veríssimo. Lúcio Yanel is a virtuoso on the guitar and has worked with musicians such as Renato Borghetti , Carlos Perez, Luiz Carlos Borges and Yamandu Costa . He was also the teacher of Yamandu Costa, with whom he recorded the remarkable CD Dois tempos in 2001, on which the virtuosity of both guitarists is very clear. Lúcio Yanel has received various awards as a guitarist and for his recordings.
