House Lützowstrasse 28

The house at Lützowstraße 28 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1898. The house on Lützowstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The eaves-sided saddle roof construction in the style of the German Renaissance was designed by August Exter . It belongs to the first development on the street. At the corner of the house stands the figure of St. Joseph .

It provides a similar type, with center risalit and wood as the house no. 46 represents.
