The house at Lützowstraße 11 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1896. The villa on Lützowstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

description

The stately complex consists of several components in the historicizing Art Nouveau style . It was built in 1896 by Richard Riemerschmid as his own house. The front extension with kitchen and studio was added in 1907. The buildings are surrounded by a park-like garden that goes as far as Lützowstrasse .
