The locomotives with the track numbers 27 and 28 of the Lokalbahn AG (LAG) were wet steam locomotives . The machines delivered by Krauss in 1892 largely corresponded to the locomotives with the numbers 17 to 49 , but had a twin drive.

The vehicles were mainly used on the Isar Valley Railway and occasionally on the Ammergau Railway .

The two locomotives were taken over by the Reichsbahn in 1938 as class 98.72 . After the Second World War they came to the Deutsche Bundesbahn , where they were retired in 1950.
