LAG No. 3 and 4 were two tank locomotives operated by the Lokalbahn AG (LAG), which were originally procured for the Sonthofen – Oberstdorf Local Railway , which opened in 1888 . The locomotives were manufactured by Krauss in Munich with the serial numbers 1179 and 1180.

Due to its low performance, LAG No. 4 was transferred to the Thalkirchen depot in 1906 and used there in shunting. In 1911, LAG No. 3 followed her to Thalkirchen.

In 1919 LAG No. 4 was sold by the LAG. LAG No. 3 was sold to the Dr.-Alexander-Wacker-Werke in 1920.

The locomotives had an output of 125 hp and were equipped with an Allan control .
