history
LISI emerged from the company of the Kohler and Dubail families founded in 1899, which merged in 1960 with two other family businesses from the Franche-Comté region , Japy and Viellard-Migeon et Cie.
Business areas
The group of companies comprises the aerospace, automotive and medical technology divisions. The cosmetics business was sold to the Pochet Group in April 2011.
LISI Aerospace
Lisi Aerospace develops and produces assembly solutions for the aerospace industry. In 2012, the division achieved a turnover of 1.08 billion euros, which corresponds to 55% of the entire business activity of the group of companies.
LISI Automotive
As a subsidiary of the French LISI group, the company is number six worldwide among the manufacturers of screw connections, clip solutions and mechanical safety components for industry and the automobile.
